First off, let me thank you for your interest in the property we have for sale.  We have been remodeling and renovating for a few years now as time and money allows.  Most major projects are completed with a few odds and ends left to do.  For the projects that are not completed, most of the materials, paints, etc. are on site.   You will notice in the photos that the decks are pressure treated wood.  We have stained the decks and steps the color of the siding trim since these photos were taken.  You will see in the photos that the 3 X 12’s in the corral system do not look very nice.  The wood is weathered but it is still solid and strong.  We started staining this plank fencing white but just didn’t get finished before the weather got too cold.
